TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

 

GENERAL

Greetings and welcome to Antony Winter. The following terms apply for use and all orders made by the customer, henceforth referred to as (“you”), with Antony Winter AB, organisation number 559105-9554, Norrgatan 13, 703 56 Örebro, henceforth referred to as (“Antony Winter” or “we”), at our website antonywinter.com. By placing an order from or using this website you pledge to the following terms. Please ensure you have read these terms before placing an order.


PRICE

The prices stated on antonywinter.com includes Value-added tax (VAT), in accordance with applicable legislation. If an order is placed with a shipping address outside the EU this VAT is removed from the payment site. If you place an order from outside the EU, please be aware that some additional import taxes or toll charges may apply. They are debited to your shipment when it reaches the shipping address and you are solely responsible for paying these charges. We are not responsible for any such charges. They may differ depending on what country you are ordering from, which means we can not be responsible for the size of these charges. Our recommendation is to contact your local customs office for more information regarding these charges.


ORDERS

In order to place an order on our website, you must be 18 years of age or have expressed permission from a parent or legal guardian. According to Swedish legislation, we do not accept credit purchases from anyone under 18 years of age. We retain the right to refuse or change your order upon discovering an insufficient credit score or falsified personal data.


PAYMENT

You can choose between paying with debit card, credit card, Paypal, Klarna or with an invoice. Purchases with invoices are handled by Klarna, which means the service can only be provided for customers in Sweden, Norway, Finland, Germany and Austria.

Antony Winter does not apply any surcharges for card payments. This may be the case, however, for your bank, depending on what type of card or bank that you are using. When paying with a debit or credit card, the terms are applied on the moment of purchase has been approved. In the cases where no payment has been registered by us after placing your order, the order may be automatically repealed.

When choosing invoice as your payment option, you can choose between paying the same day or at a later date (up to 14 days from the date of order). You can also choose to split up your payments. It is important that you are a resident at the address that you wish your products to be shipped to.


CONFIRMATION

When we have received your order, we will send a confirmation to your email address. This confirmation is also your receipt for your purchase. It is of the utmost importance that you enter the correct information when placing an order. We recommend that you save the confirmation to ease any future contact you may have with our customer service.


DELIVERY AND CANCELLATION

By default, we always offer free shipping on all orders worldwide. For deliveries within Sweden, the estimated delivery time is 1-3 days, for the rest of the world, it is 2-12 days. We offer express delivery during checkout for all orders placed to an address outside Sweden, for which the estimated delivery time is 1-3 days. The estimated time for delivery varies depending on which country you have ordered from and the days indicated are business days.

If you experience an unusually long shipping time which leads to you no longer wishing to go through with your purchase, it is your responsibility to cancel your order. In the case where the package has already left us, you have to receive the shipment and contact us for a return. A cancellation is not valid until a confirmation has been received from us. If a product is no longer available, we retain the right to cancel the order and issue a refund. We will inform you if a returned product, or a matching product, is available. We are not responsible for faults or damages pertaining to a delivery if it is limited to what is in accordance with applicable shipping terms for the concerned shipment and what is stated in its terms. We are not responsible for any indirect losses or damages that arises in conjunction with your order. If you detect any damages to your packages, report this immediately to your post office, or shipping company, and submit a damage report.

Do not collect a damaged package. If you discover damages to the package, you shall immediately report this to the shipping company responsible for delivering your product and make a damage report. If you do not discover the damage until after you’ve opened the package and the damage is of the nature that it can be correlated to the handling of the package, you should also contact the shipping company and make a damage report. If a dispute with the shipping company can’t be resolved, please feel free to contact us.

 


CONSUMER PROTECTION

You have the option of exchanging or replacing one or all products contained in your order within 90 days from the time you received the order. The product shall be in the same condition as when you received it, it should also be in the original packaging with intact labels and protective stickers.

You always retain the right to a 90 day exchange period from the day you received the products. We will reimburse your order when we have received the product and it has passed inspection. The refund will be processed in the same manner that you chose to pay with, unless otherwise agreed or something prevents that type of refund.

If you chose to use an invoice when you paid for your order and need to return a product, we recommend that you extend the expiration date of your invoice. This is done easily through the service of “Mitt Klarna”. You could also contact the customer service of Klarna in order to extend the expiration date of your invoice. You can not extend the expiration date of your invoice after it has expired.

As the customer, you are always responsible for paying your invoice before it expires. Even if you’ve returned one or several products on the invoice in question, it is still the total sum of the invoice that is in effect. You can’t make adjustments to the invoice yourself in accordance with the product you intend to return. We are not responsible for any charges or fees due to late payment of your invoice.

 


WARRANTY AND COMPLAINTS

The warranty of all our watches are valid for 2 years from the moment of purchase and covers manufacturing errors for the watch itself (clockwork, watch-case and the glass). Other parts not mentioned previously is not covered by this warranty. For any questions or uses of the warranty, we ask that you contact our customer service and submit your name, address, order number and a detailed description of the manufacturing error. Write “Warrantable” in the subject line of your email and the return shipping is paid by us. If we are not able to discover any of the manufacturing errors described by you, the product will be returned to you in its current condition.

Please not that repair/exchanges will be billed in the following cases, even if it is within the warranty period:

  • Defects and damages caused by loss, theft, fire or water damages.

  • Faults or damages caused by negligent use such as blows, shocks, dents, crushing or broken glass.

  • Faults or damages due to unjustifiable reparations or modifications.

  • Aesthetic alterations, defects or damages caused by everyday wear and tear or aging (i.e. scratches on the case and glass or tearing of the wrist-strap)

  • Unexpected battery Depletion.

It is important that you, as a customer, thoroughly examine the product when you have received it. If your product has been damaged during transportation you have to report this as soon as possible to the transporter. This applies both for visible and underlying damages. If you discover that your product is damaged or does not match what you ordered, you shall contact us within 14 days. Faulty products that is returned to us should be treated with the same care as if they were not faulty. Regardless of the nature of the return, it is of greatest importance that the product is packaged to avoid damages during transportation. In the cases a returned product is not damaged or faulty a shipping fee is applied. If a product is supposed to be exchanged this will be made with a corresponding model. If a certain model is no longer available, you retain the right to reimbursement.


FORCE MAJEURE

Antony Winter shall be removed from any liabilities and other sanctions or penalties due to circumstances beyond our control. Examples of this is provided in, but not limited to, the following list: in the event of war, war-like events, revolutions, new/changed legislation, revolts, rebellion, governmental action, state intervention, strikes, lockouts, embargos, fires, bad weather or transport conditions, natural disasters or similar events, technical problems, faults in electronic, telecommunications or data communications or other communications that result in missing or delayed shipments from suppliers.


IMAGE INFORMATION

All images on this website should be viewed as illustrations. Such illustrations can’t be guaranteed to correspond to identical appearance. The quality of the images varies depending on the unit you are using.

According to the law of electronic communication that was implemented on the 25th of July 2003, everyone who visits websites that uses cookies must be informed of this, as well as what they are used for and how they can be avoided. AMENDMENTS

Antony Winter reserves itself from products being sold out, any image or text errors present on our website, such as errors in product description or technical specification, prices or price adjustments and faulty information about warehouse status for products.  We retain the right to correct any such errors and change or update information at any time. If a faulty price has been presented for a product you have ordered, we will contact you with the new information and await your confirmation before proceeding with the order.


DISPUTES

Any disputes are primarily solved through our customer service. In the unlikely event that we are unable to solve your problem, we recommend contacting EU’s dispute resolution, which you can find here.


CHANGES IN GENERAL TERMS

Antony Winter retains the right to make changes included in the general terms. These changes can be applied at any time. We wish for you to inform yourself of our general terms before every order and that you keep updated concerning the terms in effect.


RIGHT HOLDERS

All content on our website, antonywinter.com is owned by Antony Winter AB or its licensor. Information is thereby protected by Intellectual Property Rights (IPR), among other rights. This means that no content may be copied or used without written consent from Antony Winter.
